Don Short
Lafayette Regional Director

Don Short has been with GCSS since 1985.

Don has a B. A. in Management from Sangamon State University and a M. S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.

Don was also a foster parent for over twenty years for children and adolescents with special needs and the adoptive parent of a child with special needs.
