Substitute Family Care
This NOW program is a stand-alone family living arrangement for recipients 18 years of age and older and the Substitute Family Care parents assume the direct responsibility for the recipient’s physical, social, and emotional well being and growth, including family ties.
This service provides for day programming, transportation, independent living training, community integration, homemaker, chore, attendant care and companion services, medication oversight (to the extent permitted under State law) provided in a licensed Substitute Family Care Home. |
